How can I get my hot rollers to stay in my hair?

My hot rollers (clairol ion shine) will only stay in my hair when I roll them down towards my face. I want to pull a section of my hair from the side up, across my face and placing the roller on top of my hair roll backwards. This results in the roller kind of being clipped up and down but the problem is they flop forward and I haven't found clips that will hold. What can I do?

I have this problem all the time.. try using extra bobby pins to secure the roller in the direction you are needing..
