Spending wise, just a decent restaurant, not to fancy! unless your trying to buy her.
But your move on the first date should be easy, a kiss should do on the first date! dont rush things, let it flow.
I would just bring her to a 99, Applebee's, or a bar.
And i would kiss her if i had a good time, and if things get lucky! I wouldnt mind to give her a good time.

It depends on how old I was, If in my teens then I wouldnt go to far, maybe a kiss at the end of the date, I wouldnt want to seem easy and I would want that person to have respect for me and ask me out again.

Not further than a kiss -- in reality, I'd probably just give her a hug.
I prefer to wait until there's a solid emotional connection before getting physical, but then, I'm a fairly reserved person.
