Probably all continents except North America and Australia.
That is unless you consider "Strine" to be a language other than English. And then there is the UK to consider, where the language is not spoken very well and is spelled awkwardly.
(Just kidding)
Here in the US, there are fourth and fifth generation immigrants who still speak English as a second language, or don't even speak English at all. There are many Native Americans who do not speak English, and many more for whom English is a second language.
Perhaps one could say that English is spoken as a second language on every continent....maybe even Antartica.
