going on in our lives? These days theres barely time to breath. The work, kids, chores. The stress of world events, and whats going on in our own backyards. There seems to be less quality time for families. I remember living for the moment enjoying just knocking around with mates out in the street. Now I freak out letting my kids check the mailbox??????/

Just remember that you only have so much time and to do what you can. Don't worry about what you didn't get done because there is always tomorrow. Spend time with you family and friends and delegate the chores to the kids

That is the price we pay for our standard of living. The more emphasis we place on money the more crime we encounter. The more stress from the job the more drugs are taken. You need to make your home a safety zone in the middle of the madness. You have to insist that the troubles of the world be laid to rest outside your door and only the love of family exist inside the home.

Yep, the worlds growing up but not into what we want it to! I hear stories and stuff from my parents and they tell me how they used to be able to play in the street and stay out after dark without any problem and it really makes me think, what if I did that stuff now? God knows I'd probably end up gagged in somebodies cellar.

We all do it to ourselves. Why? Because we all try to catch up with the Joneses by having this and that and doing so many things. It's all our fault. It is so easy to simplify life but do most of us really want too? We can start off by dumping our cell phones, getting rid of computers and cars and start depending on public transportation. There are so many solutions but most of us refuse to use them.

That's life. I would hate to me the man who says, "I go to work, to buy the bread to get the strength to go to work" We do have a lot of complications, however, most of them are our own doing. Thank God you have so much, there are millions of people with so little.
