well i am assuming that its not a bootable disk
you don't have to really write them
u can easily use it without even burning it
1. Go to the site http://www.alcohol-soft.com/
2. Download the software and install it
3. It will create a virtual disk on your computer
4. Write click on the iso image. There will be an option of Mount image click it then click on the drive given
5. cd image is loaded in the virtual cd rom and u will be able to use it just like a cd
U can also use nero image drive for the same

Why bother burning the iso to begin with? Simply get a program such as alcohol120% or daemon tools and create a "fake" cd rom drive and open the iso in that?
It is SO much easier than burning iso's, and if you don't like it afterall, no waste of a disc...
***EDIT***
Also, using these to open your iso's is the exact same as having a cd-rom going... you can install the game/whatever it is from the fake drive, play the game/whatever right from the drive, and it's actually much faster than having a cd, because it is reading the data right off your hard drive which is faster than your CD to begin with.

Not possible (as far as I know).
ISO files are an image of a CD which will store a max of 800 Mb.

open it up to a local folder,
if it doesn't run, ( like it has to be run from a disk)
then look into virtual cd software,
they can emulate a rom from files on the pc.....
in fact I think a good one is called virtualcd
