You can't force the issue I'm afraid, if he doesn't want to he won't!!
I had a male German Shepherd who I could let out in the garden with bitches in season and he never showed any interest...ever!! He wasn't interested in male dogs either so not gay, you may never be able to use this dog for breeding or he may not be mature enough!
Time will tell.

well what age, if there younger then 2 they wont figure it out unless there a bad boy lol, its like a 5 year old mounting on a girl

some males won't stud.. artificial maybe the way 2 go.. a visit 2 the vet.. and sometimes the female isn't quiet ready.. tho she acts it.. maybe he needs a few more days.. the next season try separating them at 1st. sign of bleeding.. put them together around the 8th day of blood show..

Maybe he isnt a breeder. Are you familiar with this breed? Do you have knowledge of breeding? Unless you have educated yourself with breeding, dont bring more unwanted animals into this world.
