Yes I have before about 11 years ago. It's very unpleasant.
I believe I caught it from a hotel toilet. I had to go to a dermatologist who put me on several medications and it went away in two weeks or so.

i believe so. and a yeast infection doesn't really "have" to be passed via sex - everyone has a normal balance, when it gets thrown out of wack (usually "too much") you get an infection. As a women I can only tell you that it would be very irritable and drive ya a bit crazy (nite time seems to be the worse when trying to sleep). After being on antibiotics for a short time, I "aquired" a yeast infection. Wasn't a pleasant experience - one I'm happy to say I've only had once. Here is a link to more info for men:

Hope this helps - good luck!

Yes. Men do get yeast infections, but they rarely show symptoms. That is why when some women have chronic yeast infections, they treat themselves, but hubby doesn't--and then the cycle goes on and on...If couples both treated the problem when the woman comes up with the symptoms, both will be yeast free. Yes, the yoghurt helps, but your obgyn can help with a scrip. for the two of you.

Yes!, Well actually I don't think for men the term is yeast infections though, but they do get the same infections that women do. Men have to keep themselves clean the same as women. Yeast infections are mainly caused from not cleaning yourself properly. When a woman isn't clean and has sex with a man or the opposite it can cause both to be infected.

Yes. I did after taking anti-biotics, from Prednisone for bronchitis , which lowers the immune system although that was a presumption. The yeast Infection was found in a urine test and 1 pill cure it. There were no symptoms.
