All of our body systems have been somewhat "shut down" while at rest, and it takes them a few minutes to "wake" up and get back up to full speed :)

This is becoz of the fact that after sleeping , u still linger with the thots that had been using up a greater part of ur mind and all the problems that u may have solved during ur sleep and so u actually are at peace.

I think that only happens when we are forced to get up, like waking up when the alarm clock goes off.

If we wake up naturally and gracefully, able to lay in the bed for about 5 minutes before we actually start moving it makes a big difference.
