GetEmGang and Em- I appreciate you comments and input as well. Because I`m into game APBT`s I get a lot of flak but I will not tolerate ignorance when some of these people make moronic statements about these dogs.

It's breed specific legislation - move to Florida....we have lots of FOP drivers, but for now we don't worry about BSL.
Actually EM - The States that currently have State level laws PROHIBITING local municipalities from passing BSL are listed below.
California | Colorado | Florida | Illinois | Maine | Minnesota | New Jersey | New York | Oklahoma | Pennsylvania | Texas | Virginia
Florida statute 767.14 states additional local restrictions are authorized as long as it is not specific to breed. Florida says regardless of breed if a dog attacks without provocation that dog is dangerous be it 2 or 100 lbs, maltese or pit.

thank you Cleo ppa!!! I agree that BSL is between the main moronic issues that has arise in awhile concerning to animals yet merely complaining approximately it relatively is going to no longer do any sturdy. Get obtainable and ban mutually to assist provide up BSL from happening. the only canines I even have ever been bitten via is a pomeranian and that i do no longer see those on the record....

Yes, but what about the anti-dog laws that affect all breeds? Why do few care about that? BSL will not make a bit of difference in the long term if we do not HAVE ANY dogs!
I fight BSL because ANY breed is only a bite away from being banned someplace. I also fight because any anti-dog law is bad for ALL dog owners. Owners who would like to continue owning dogs in ten years or so need to fight BSL, but they ALSO need to be fighting DDLs, breeder licensing, MSN, and especially that piece of crap called HEART in Albuquerque.
