Do you believe that the people who don't see no harm in these things are more than likely to have things happen to them?
For example, people who dabble with divination.

I've heard that people that are the closest to God are the most tempted by the devil, unbelievers already belong to Satan no reason to tempt them.

no definately not without the fear of bumping into the supernatural, your sixth sence will always rationaly controll the impulse to believe in its existence, therefor what harm could a spirit do if it did exist, If spirits did exist, why would anyone prosume that they would know your thoughts and beliefs anyway, they are'nt God and I prosume they were once human and incapable of mind reading when alive. ps if you see one just say boo. divination is a sick practice designed for finding answers, the answers are all here on earth not in the realms of the dead. The people who dabble with divination are not scared of this practice because they have proven to themselves that it is all fake and fantasy, its only the gullable and timid that bad things happen. **** I JUST SAW A FACE THROUGH THE WINDOW, boo

People who don't believe in spiritual things are less likely to be attacked from the spiritual realm but people who engage in practices like divination are prime targets for attacks. The evil one is content to let people who live in disbelief continue on that course until they end up in the Lake of Fire but the deceiver will gladly lead people who do have a spiritual awareness into the occult and seek to use them to lead others down that dark path.

You actually have 2 different questions ...

1) People who do not believe in evil spirits are NOT more prone to encounters by spirits.

2) However, people who dabble in occult practices are already believing in spirits and they will have a higher tendency to be visited by spirits.

Yes, this is very true, they live in this people. They make this people to believe that they are in control and that they have special gifts or powers but in reality are the demons, they are called spirit of divination, other demons even have sex with them, these demons or spirits are called incubus.

On the contrary. Because there is no proof that spirits exist you are more likely to be affected by them if you believe them. It's amazing what your mind can do against you if you let it. Trust me, I know this from experience.

Take care!

Yes. Failure to believe is not immunity from attack. The demons could care less what we believe. If a person is not protected by the blood of Jesus, then he or she will be attacked.

seriously doubt this as in my personal opinion and experience one has to believe in something for it to affect them. you might as an example say " I put a curse on you. " If I believe you did then I am going to make certain there are certain countermeasures taken but if I don't believe in the curse I might shrug my shoulders and go on about my business.

No. If you don't believe in Darth Vader, does that mean he is more likely to control you with "the force"?
