Then from these answers, i get the understanding, that god lets people starve, because man will not help, even if people pray for them, drugs are still there because man will not remove them, even when people pray that they need to be removed, so god can change lives but he can't change his starving peoples lives, he created the world and the people created what he can and can not do, that is a total CRAP OUT

Why do you think Jesus can't come into our lives? Just His being on earth was an intervention. Because we believe that God is all powerful, all knowing, everywhere and cares for His creation, we see His daily interventions in our lives. There is no such thing as coincidence. He is in control & ready to listen & talk with you. I talk to & with Him everyday. It's really great to know He loves me so much & He loves you too.

Allow me to share my experience.
I was once a streets kids, schooling is but a joke to me. Violance is the only way I know to get things done, and respect for elders is not in my dictionary at all.
When I gave my life to Jeses, I began to experience the peace and love that I could not have experience thru other means. From this newness of love within me, I began to see things with different prospective.
I went back to school, complete my O-Level, did my Engineering Diploma and went on to be an Officer in the military. I even earn a degree.
From there on, I bagan to see helping others as a way of life. For others had shared love and shared Jesus with me, so I see it as my duty to go back to the streets to help.
I began to contribute back to society by performing my level best in the work (secular) given to me, and also in volunteering social service to help the less fortunate one.
Without the love of God, I would have spend my time and money in pubs, disco, drinking and womenising.
So, if you want to know how God can change a person, I do not know. BUt I know He had changed me.
By the way, this is also how my parents come to know Jesus and Baptised. They saw me stop scolding them, and came back on time to help in household chore. They wanted to joint me in Church and within a year, my mon baptised together with me.
How God had change a person? I do not know, but I see a change in my parents too.
So, may i suggest, do not let your mind tell you to seek for the answer for all question. May I quote Heb 12. Since there are so many witnesses, just give up our sinful life and plunge into the grace of God. You will know that you can be changed too. For the good.

Just for educational purposes, read the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke & John - four accounts of the life of Jesus) of the New Testament of the Bible and you'll begin to see how God works in our lives, and why Christians are who they are and believe what they do. God bless you as you seek the truth. ~Nisa

Where did you get that clap-trap about God/Jesus not being able to interfere/intervene in our lives from?
I know for a FACT that they can and do!

how is it that you state the God/ Jesus cannot interfere/ intervene with our lives?
Who told/taught you this?
God does change lives, he changed mine, I understand how his GRACE enabled a change in me that I was unable to make myself. His affect on my life is PROOF that He exists, and I think it is quite cool that the only place he provides PROOF of his existence is in the personal one on one interaction between God and his new child.

God can only change the lives of those who entrust their life to Him. So as Christian, we invite Jesus into our life - so it is not interfere.

Its a mystery. God is at once present and transcendent. Near and far. If you dont accept it. Too bad.
