This is a practical goal.
1.) Since you said you already eat healthy, just make sure you cut down on fast food/ junk food intake by *half* (or completely).

2.) do intense workouts those two days that you go to the gym. Example, 40 minutes of intense cardio (cycling, stair climbing, running) and then 20 minutes of resistance training (5 minutes for each --arms, legs, stomach, etc)

3.) be more active throughout the day if you can, such as walk faster and longer, use stairs.

4.) do super-intense cardio workouts daily for 10 minutes. Super-intense meaning, run as faster than you've ever ran before for 10 minutes, or run up & downstairs skipping 2-3 stairs as fast as you can. Ten minutes *does* make a difference, b/c that's 10 minutes worth of calories you wouldn't have burned otherwise. Just doing this alone will get you to lose 1-2 lbs within the next 2 months.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Sounds like you're doing everything right. I'm on that cabbage soup diet at the mo. All veg & chicken. No coffee/ tea/fats/or sugar. Lost a little bit, in 4 days. Also drink a glass of water, before eating. Fools the tummy into thinking you're not very hungry. Ride my bike 7 days a week, but thats coz I work 7 days a week. Good luck. It's not easy. I've got a sweet tooth xx

Cut your caloric intake a bit while still eating healthy, eat more often, as in 5 smaller meals a day instead of 3 big ones and continue your exercise to at least 3 times a week if not daily.

Losing a pound or so a week is a pretty reasonable goal.

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss. It is doable. I had the same problem and managed to do it by getting into a high protein and low carb diet. I also increased my gym sessions from 2 times a week to about 4 times a week, for a minimum workout of 1.5 hours.

10 Lbs in 2 months? It is possible. It is the healthy way also.

Magic in doing that is simple:

Eat less calories per day than what you burn thru exercises per day. You can't over do this, 1200 to 1400 calories are an absolute minimum. Don't go below this number - it is dangerous to your health.

Drink plenty of water.

That's all there is to it. Nothing more, nothing less.

Try the skipping rope... it is working for me - i am on a healthy diet too - i´m right on target, 2lbs last week,2lbs this week..
Tips:
*eat healthy meals (3 times a day) eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper.DONT skip meals.
*drink 1,5 to 2 litres of water a day.
*Do more exercising - go running with your dog,go swimming, jogging, walking, every burnt calorie helps.
Please do not forget to stretch after your exercise (I didn't stretch once and the muscles in my legs hurt terribly for 3 days.)

Try to eat more of your carbs in the morning and proteins in the evenings then you should be able to burn off the calories during the day and not feel too hungry in the evening
