Rice coffee has no caffiene. One is made with rice that has been browned in a frying pan or roasted and the other is made with coffee beans.

The main difference is that I've never heard of rice coffee and I've heard of traditional coffee.

Rice coffee is a lot stronger. It has a particular flavour that you would either hate or like. Its a flavour preference with people, but it is a lot stronger.
