i get this muscle catch while im bed , which is so fckin irritating i feel, where i have to walk around the room till the pain goes down. i had this catch abt 2 days back in the middle of the night. was that because of excessive drinking , cause i been partying continously last week . could anybody tell me what to do ? but now i feel its a bit reduced.

You are suffering from dehydration. Excessive drinking will cause your body to dry out triggering head and muscle aches. Try drinking more water especially prior to drinking alcohol. It really cut out the hangovers too.

Eat one dried prune a day, relieves muscle cramping in the legs. Your body is lacking potassium.

Depends on which muscles you are referring to. Also if you are in bed alone or with some company.

If you are with someone else and your muscle gets "caught" is that not a good sign????

try drinking more water when drinking. Incorporate potassium in your diet. Lack of potassium will give you muscle cramps

Well since this has only been going on for a few days, your mattress is probably fine. What you need to do is stop partying for a while and see if that helps.
