Grateful for the rest of your life - never had such an offer!! I have a very similar problem ..did all the things you did, and ended up have the "shrink" ask ME, if he could come and lay down on my couch! so let me explain, and get this great prize your offering: WHAT YOU HAVE IS SEASONAL DISORDER!! It comes and goes, all depending on the weather... believe me... get yourself a "tanning" light bulb - ($10.00?) - whenever your in this mood, turn it on and get the "light" - JOIN a club that has a "tanning" booth - go once in awhile - especially in the winter months, or on a prolonged sunless days during the other seasons! - When you look better, you feel better. This problem is WORLD WIDE - I know, I've investigated all of it... I am a person who has to have the LOGICAL ANSWERS, then once I know, I can handle anything!! - I think your psychological make-up is like mine, and there are millions of us. In northern Ontario, Canada, for the past 7-8 years - during the dark months, the schools are providing artificial light, not only did suicides end, the scholastic grades improved an average of 4-7%!! Stay away from an alcholic beverages when this mood comes. Sometimes a "little" riffer will help - but not on the "bosses" time... Keep photos around, at home and at work, photos that bring up GOOD MEMORIES- look at them for a moment - detract your brain - the "eyes" are the WINDOW to your SOUL, and you are a sensitive soul. That is why the weather affects you... in the "olden days" - they called is "manic depression".. but now we know it is what 70% of our great nation suffers from - (North America) - it is called " Seasonal Disorder"! and it is caused by Lack of Light.. keep in touch .. I will worry about you.. Good luck in your life and please remember, your not crazy - your just too damn smart - you probably have a high I.Q. - most suffers of this disorder, are geniuses!

You say you are dejected about your future which to some extent implies you have been worrying about what your future holds for you after you complete your education! You also say you have consulted the doc. but it seems that was somewhat unnecessary.
First, focus on what you are doing now and do your best to do everything to the best of your ability. Don't worry too much about your future.
Second, don't force yourself into working all day long, find time to relax.
Third, maybe the most important but a simple step, spare a few minutes at the end of the day to meditate before you go to bed! You will feel refreshed when you wake up next day morning!
Be wise, worry less! Relax and rejuvenate!
Cheers!

Maybe you should try the pills that do body detoxification.
Also take care of your hygene like visiting dentist, getting hair
cut, or buying pleasant scent of male pefume. Do visit your doctor and get check up. If your physical check up shows no illness, then maybe it comes from psychological source. Think about your emotional health. Are you well loved? Do you have good relationships with your parents, siblings and friends? Find someone or pet if you think what you're missing is a partner. If the problem still exists, then join religious or philosophical groups in your local area. Also visiting galleries, art events like concert and musical could broaden your mind. Expand your life until you find the answer. Good luck!

That is mostly a spiritual issue. Some may want to make it a medical issue, but believe me; to get as far as you have it is definitly not a mental illness thing.
Consider this: The beast does not want any of us to have anything that is good; for all things good come from the LORD. And the closer you get to those things, the harder the beast works to keep us away from it. Once you obtain that MBA, you would be that much closer to that which the LORD has in store for you. So, to knock you off balance, the beast brings these concerns upon you... to destract you, bruise your confidence and push you in a different direction.
You also, may want to ascertain why you are pursuing the degree you are going after; is it your desire, or are you doing it for your parents or someone else. Is what you are persuing what you really want to do? Think on those things... make certain this is something you would love to do. <> But you want to love what you do; especially after spending so much time preparing for it. And while you still have time to do so, perhaps you can change to that which you really love.
But mainly, you really want to search within thyself, and be honest with yourself. Ask yourself questions like, what is really bothering me, and why. Ask your self how can I overcome that problem, and pray about it; and again, be patient for your answer. One way of really coming up with such answers is to focus on that as you prepare to sleep... when you awake; in the very first moments of awakening, pay close attention to what your first thoughts are on that subject: usually that's going to be your most true feelings and best answer. For after those first few moments, your personal prejudices and other influences start to kick in... those are not as accurate.
Considering the way you describe yourself; you are blessed with many gifts. Make sure that you are using those gifts to their highest and best use (as they say in real estate), so that you can get the best of what The Most High Spirit has for you.
Of course, with the little detail of what was written in your question, the affore mentioned is a general overview. However, if you wish; we can communicate more privately, and we can sort through this together: you, me and the Spirit wich brought us together. And you will see the difference in time. Selah.

Hi, I know the feeling, sometimes you fall into a slump and you just can't get out of it. I think it has something to do with your priorities and stuff like that. Meaning that you had probably set goals and the such for yourself to achieve by a certain age, or something like that, and since it hasnt happened you feel dejected.
I say go and take some time out and see what it is that you really want. Maybe there is something that is locked up inside you and you just need some time to resolve it, so that you can move forward.

The body chemistry is constantly fluctuating . . . diet, stress, hormones . . . miracles only occur on TV . . . you need to pay attention to the patterns and see what you are doing when the drop starts . . . too little fluids ? too little rest ? too much processed food ? monthly cycle ? start paying attention and soon you will figure it out.
