Yes..its almost inevitable as you go thru life. It feels as if the pain will never ease and people telling you it will fade with time only annoy you at the moment but, it will. You just have to live with it for now and try and occupy your mind with other things. Best remedy for a broken heart is a new love interest. Keep your eyes open and good luck.

If she knows you feel this badly, then why is your "best friend" doing this right now? She should have asked you first, if you were okay with it, then gone out if yes, or turned him down if it wasn't something you couldn't handle. You're gonna get your heart ripped up & bruised pretty badly throughout life, that's a fact. If the crying non-stop & depression doesn't get any better - and I mean SOON - see your doctor about taking an anti-depressant until you feel better, okay? & try finding something else to do so you don't sit around thinking about him out with her - that just makes it worse. Get busy with a project or go take a dance class. And cut back on talking to her for a bit - until you feel better. Good luck - the only thing that makes it better is time.

I understand that it must be hard, but sometimes we must let go....some things were not meant to be! Your friend was kind of dishonest for dating that guy and knowing that you liked him! But in the other hand if you're truly her friend you should feel happy for her, just hope for the best and try to move on.....I know it's not easy to do, but time cures everything and you'll get over it, and I'm sure you'll find a nice guy who won't choose your best friend over you!! Good Luck

Sadly, yes, I have felt it. Last year my BF and I went through a rough spot. We broke up for almost 6 months. It was the worst thing in the world. I cried all the time, I was miserable.

Both of you girls should dump this guy. He is a two-timing man. Get out as fast as you can. You won't find happiness with this guy. You are lucky you are not married to him yet. Good that he showed his wolf face.Don't waste any more tears as he is not worth it.Smile, it is not the end of the world yet.
