I can only help you guess at this point. It could be an isolation problem. She now has to go into another room to void, and doesn't like being alone. Also, her urinary tract may have weakend slightly, and she doesn't really feel the need to void when actually she does.
Maybe if you bring her small potty chair out into another area besides the bathroom, she will use it, and then work your way back to the bathroom. My son was a cinch to teach, way before his time. I had my boyfriend pee in the toilet, and we put my son up on a block of wood, and they peed together. I took one time only. Lucky me. I then put a potty chair out in the room where it was nice and warm for a while, (it was snowy), and he soon was in the bathroom for all of his needs.
This is interesting, because I work with adults who sometimes need night briefs during illness, and they get confused after the illness is over, and want to continue using the briefs in the daytime. I just take them for regular visits to the toilet. However, most of them have Alzheimers, that they can even remember what a toilet is for is a miracle.
Maybe you can find something that will peek her interest in using the adult toilet. She is young, and will get back on track. What if the main toilet has printed paper that she can use. Maybe Disney, or someone has childrens toilet paper. Don't worry mom, she will get strong again.

You may have to start the training over. Reintroduce the potty to her and let her watch you go. Ask her every 20 minutes to a half an hour if she needs to potty, she should be back on track soon. Definitely stop using the pull ups they are only going to confuse her and make even more stubborn. Good luck

I had the same problem with my two year old daughter, she was fully potty trained then I messes up and started putting pull ups on her,"just in case" she had an accident in public. So basically u have to almost start over, just keep panties on her AT ALL TIMES even at night and keep asking her if she needs to go potty every so often and make sure she go at night before bed to prevent accidents and stop giving juice a couple hours before bed time, but jus continue to do all of that and she will soon be potty trained again, but for mine it took her about 2or 3 months to be potty trained again,so be patient! GOOD LUCK.

I noticed some signs he needed to use the restroom so I would have my son sit on the big potty. At first he would cry, I think he was a little scared at first but caught on. He did not like to wet his clothes so I think that was a big part of potty training him sucessessfully.
My neighboors had an eccentric way of potty training there son. They would let him walk around the house withouth underwear or a diaper on and tried to gethim to the potty fast enough that he wouldnt miss it. I wouldnt reccomend this method though.

Obviously she wasn't completely potty trained...and you can think those pullups for your problems. So now you just leave her in diapers until SHE is ready to go on the toilet.

You should take away the pull-up and tell her to tell you when she wants to go to the bathroom(at home only) When she wants to go, carry her to the toilet and make her sit there. Make awards so she would be thinking about something else.

put her out in the garden without nappies.
Put the potty on the porch.
Only when she filled it, she is allowed back in.
Wear your phones and listen to ACDC. Let 3 hours pass.

Pull-ups are a waste of money, and they are a bad way for children to learn. Go cold turkey, say "no more pull-ups, the fairies have taken them away" that should do the trick.

You know she can do it then. Take away the pull ups, and let her make a mess. She'll get sick of it after a short while. Good luck!
