the best answer is yes.one can change religion if he or she realizes the right religion.Any one as a child is born innocent in some or the other religion it is only after puberty they realize and have a sense to analyze religions.when we follow a particular religion we should know what it is not simply follow any religion...suppose u r born to a muslim family and u r muslim ,born in christian family and a christian....we must analyze read the scriptures of various religions then we will inshaAllah(if Allah wills) come to the right path.....

Well i for one am not religous at all i follow my own beliefs and its probably not the same as anyone elses but its what i believe and i feel good about it.
As for people changing their religion well maybe they dont agree with what their religion believes in and quite possibly another religion sounds more realistic then the one their in.
I have talked to a lot of different religious people of different religions some of their beliefs are so unrealistic and I question why they believe in it?
As for the bible..just to give an example here..how do we know for sure who wrote it? Were we there witnessing it being made? We were told how it was made there for thats what people believe in.How do we know for sure how it was made? Maybe some quack or quacks made it up long before our time and brain washed people into thinkin it was made by others. Its a folk'lore that has started way back when and went on through the generations.
Life is unexplainable and people have to believe in something in order for it to make sence.

Yes, most of the time there is a time in the life of a person in which is in search of God. That the Holy Spirit of God touch this person's heart and convicted him/her of his/hers mistake or sins. Changing from Christianity to another religion there is no problem but from Islam to Christianity or other religion there is a problem, the person May loose his/her life. Changing religion is right is you choose the wright on.

I don't know what reason a particular individual might have but everyone who doesn't accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior before they die is on their way to the Lake of Fire. Just because someone was born in a family with a different religion doesn't mean that they have to follow that religion. It could be just a test from God to see if they will follow Him or their family.
John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Matthew 10:35 For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. 36 And a person's enemies will be those of his own household. 37 Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. 38 And whoever does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me.
Deuteronomy 13:1 "If a prophet or a dreamer of dreams arises among you and gives you a sign or a wonder, 2 and the sign or wonder that he tells you comes to pass, and if he says, 'Let us go after other gods,' which you have not known, 'and let us serve them,' 3 you shall not listen to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams. For the LORD your God is testing you, to know whether you love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

We know some Hindu people who converted to another religion and then suffered either major health problems or were victims of serious crime. I think changing one's religion is equivalent to turning your back on your mother. God can be found in all religions therefore it is an insult to God when we convert.

A person has to do what is right for them. If they feel better changing religions, then they should. If they feel better shedding religion, then they should do that. A person's belief system is personal and not for others to judge.

some people do not have enough knowledge about God to know if they are being decieved, yet others find out that they have been decieved and change religions to get out of an occult.
Not every religion points is members to God.
