check the mounting, is it properly aligned or tilted (belt)

If you have bought rebuilt ones when they remanufacture they don't always get them right. I have bought from NAPA the lifetime warranty ones for an American pickup and have had them go bad. They just keep giving me new ones.

this question was posted in "CAR AUDIO" so I'm guessing you have a stereo system. try getting a higher rated alt. or an extra battery.
