There is no cure for rheumatoid arthritis. I have had it for about twenty years and I have had a lot of different medications. I go to a arthritis doctor and he has helped me alot. The pain is always there. Before I started going to the doctor I couldn't walk and the pain was really bad. I give my self an injection of embarel once a week. This medicine is very expensive and without Insurance I could not afford it. I also take an oxaprozin pill morning and night. See the right doctor is a step in the right direction. You will have to get blood work about every second month to insure no damage to your organs.

There is no cure for Rheumatiod Arthritis. There are medications out there to slow the process. Mtx, Arava, Imuran, Azulfadine are a few of the pill forms. Enbrel and Humira are injectables were you inject yourself Sub Q. There is a IV called Remicaide that has been also proving to help. Most patients with R.A will do better if the disease is caught early. Remember when using any of the above products blood work is needed to check liver and kidney functions. Also some will also effect red and white cells. Good luck

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.
If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.
Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.
And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.
I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.
It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.
Today, I want to do the same for you!

No.
But they can give you things to help you....standard reply...sorry!
First there comes the anti-inflammatories. The painkillers when necessary.
Second comes the steroids and or an antimalaria drug. I can recommend the latter but everyone is different.
Thirdly comes immune suppressants, some same also used to control cancer. These are to be avoided, a very last resort.
There are two types of RA. RA positive and RA negative. If you have the negative you are in a better prognosis group. RA positive shows antibodies in the bloodstream.
Perversely, it becomes more of a problem when osteoarthritis kicks in. The inflammation RA causes eventually erodes the joints. Joint replacement is often necessary but more troublesome because of the inflammation before, during and after surgery.
Good luck.

As far as I know there is no cure, however medication will help from your GP. You may have to be on this for life and maybe, according to how serious the condition is, you can be given simple exercises to help.
I aslo believe that as a Christian, you can be 'cured', I,ve seen this happen on many ailments. You need to put your trust in Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit will give you wisdom, understanding and healing. Christianity is not a religion, it's a way of life. Many people go to Christian Pastors who have the gift of Healing, as do many Christians. But they won't charge you anything, they are doing it for there love of Christ and His people, you and I.
However, watch out for people who will try and cash in on this, there are many people out there more interested in your bank balance, than in your physical and spiritual well-being. God Bless You. I know this can be very painful.

No. There is no cure at present. But the disease process can be suppressed by proper treatment . In addition there should be general measures, and local treatment. Biological agents also are used. Surgical treatment in certain cases. Whatever it may be it is palliative only. In addition there will be side reactions from the drugs used.
