why do ur nuns wear head covers?and cover their whole body and why do u draw mary with a head cover and covering her whole body then u point ur fingers at muslim women and say "see!they r weird their men make them cover their whole body"!!!!

Been a long time since I've seen a nun completely covered. Maybe back in the 19th and early 20th century.

Because being a nun is a personal choice but if your a muslim woman you are forced to cover up by the men.
I don't actually know why nuns wear head covers but they don't HAVE to.

We cover the body of an idealic person. Mary was a saint, she was the virgin mother of Jesus.. she exhibits purtiry.. and that means being pure.
We don't cover all our women, we cover the woman symbol that is at the center of our religion. That is why we think it strange for Muslim women to be covered. Not all Christian women are covered.. just the one that meant the most to our religion.

you gotta know this is a bad way to make friends, or even convince people they are very predjudice and we are not all catholics. How about saying Wonder why it is Nuns and muslim women dress so similar. Get them thinking instead of feeling attacked by an angry muslim. We have pretty much been saturated with that even if it is imagened

I don't really care whether people wear any covers as long as they are comfortable with it. People just tend to be afraid of something new and alien to their culture.

well I guess the biggest difference is that Mary and our nuns don't have to cover their faces as well. actually, our nuns, no longer wear the headress.
