I've been drinking a banana/ strawberry/ blueberry/ pear/ kiwi/ soy milk smoothie after my serious cardio sessions, and I'll add whey protein powder and aminoes after a weight-training session. Does anyone else have any recipes for post-workout shakes/smoothies?

I like what you have for your shake. Here's my favorite after a weight room workout:

2 Cups of seedless watermelon
1 cup of non-fat plain (or vanilla yogurt)
Sprinkle of dried Mint leaves
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
1 Tsp of honey (optional, I don't use it).

Blend it but don't overblend it, you do not want to "cook" the watermelon.

I really like it and it was a hit at work when I brought it in for people.

You can substitute the watermelon with a banana and no mint leaves as well.

It sounds like you have a really good plan going. The fruit you have is good because you don't have too many that are high in sugar. Some low fat yogurt is always good to thicken smoothies (I love yogurt and am not so much a fan of soy milk).
