I know most people want to be taller than they are but I don't want to be taller than my mom and sister who are also 5'7". Is there anything I can do to stunt my growth that isn't extremely unhealthy? Please let me know... I know this sounds stupid but I really like the height I'm at.

Sorry, there isn't anything that you could do that would stunt your growth that isn't EXTREMELY unhealthy.

There are some things in life that you can't control and this is going to be one of them.

I was always subconscious about my height when I was around your age. I was taller then most of my friends and boys. I did not want to get any taller either , however I did. I'm 5/8 And love it. I where clothes very well I can gain some pounds and nobody really notices because of my height. There is not any thing you can do to stop yourself from growing its a natural coarse.

well if your question sounded stupid so may my answer... stop eating foods with growth hormones in them. you probably think you are not eating growth hormones, but unfortunately they have been added to most chicken, fish, pultry, cattle etc. I'm not saying become a vegetarian, but find organic meat. unless the package says "no hormones" on it the farmer has added growth hormones to the food to make the cattle grow bigger faster so they make more $ in the market, and hormones don't go away, they are chemicals which then get into the meat, and are still an active hormone, and when we eat the meat with the hormone it will cause us to grow bigger. you can research this on your own, just start googling "growth hormone" and types of meat. good luck

I was about that height when I was around that age. Im five nine now and im 20. I hated it too then and I didnt want to grow anymore but now I embrace it, Im tall and thin and I use it to my advantage, I model and Im good at sports. So dont worry about it now, you'll be thankful when you get older espcially when you get about mid 40's bc then you actually shrink and gain weight, so if your already tall..your okay! Dont hate the way you look..and if its about boys being shorter than you...they get taller in the next few years!

a) you can't stunt your growth.
b) being tall is great, even if you don't like it right now. Studies have shown that taller people earn more money, get their own way more often, and are respected more than their average-height peers. Unfair maybe, but true.

Are you serious?
I'm 5' 10'' and I wish I was taller. So, my legs could be even longer. Maybe when you get older, you'll appreciate it more.
And there are no healthy ways to get shorter or stay at your current height.

Sorry! extremely sorry to say that no such method has been devised to check ones height. Some challenge about increasing height but I don't think it is possible so easily.

If you are growing tall it is because of your father and mother's gene over which one has no control after birth. So please try to adjust with your increasing height.
