i'm in the search of olympiad exam alike physics in under graduate level.

Not Olympiads but there are other Exams like one conducted by IISc bangalore under the name KVPY(www.iisc.ernet.in). This is for 1st n 2nd year students.

Sorry to tell about u there is no olympiad exam for B.Tech level but there are so many other exams for B .Tech level such a GATE conducted by iit's and iisc banglore if u qualify this exam u may get admission for M.Tech or M.E.
