well basically you're talking about doing biologically what Hitler tried to do physically. What you are asking could it be developed sure it could though I don't think you should consider the aids virus an option I think you would have better luck with something a bit more agressive the immune system is a long drawn out death you should think of a virus that has the effects of producing biproducts like neuro toxins or any other form of toxin to poision the body.

Aids is not a germ it's a virus spread through sexual intercourse or blood to blood contact. It's just not practical enough to use. BTW the use of biological weapons is forbidden. An Idea the Israeli government has worked on is a next step weapon nl. Genetic weaponry, during a while they did research into what made them genetically different from the palestinians in order to use this knowledge to make a weapon. However they never got to finish this research

Yes it could be made but then you have Murphy's law, things will go wrong in any given situation, if you give them a chance. You tend to forget the world is not stagnant and is actually changing is small ways that humans can never foresee the long term consequence. So while someone can make such a weapon it may in fact do more harm then they ever imagined. Mother Nature can be a true *itch.

In a word, no. AIDS is transmitted by exchange of bodily fluids, so it would be very difficult (though I never deem anything impossible) to create this kind of a weapon. Something to the effect could be developed, but it couldn't be AIDS. Another virus may work, though.

Although HIV AIDS is not an airborne virus at the moment,if the pandemic continues the way it is at present it is possible for it to mutate and become airborne with 100 years or so ( according to my psyics teacher at any rate). So yeah that could be adapted into a biological weapon.

Why can you get it twice?
Seems to me if they haven't got that or some other deadly thing, you haven't lived?
If they showed the actual photos of the effects these have on our bodies we would become a clean Nation overnight.
Conducted tours of the social disease clinics would be a good start.
In the old days they used red hot wires.
Worked wonders then.
Anyway why develop a weapon?
We are doing it to ourselves for nothing.

Sure it could. However the chance is present that the enemy would develop a vaccine as well. No different than Biological warfare.

This is called biological warefare and was one of the jusifications for the invasion of Iraq. But it would not suprise me if some western laboratory isn't doing something along these lines. Sick isn't it?

Almost anything human beings can think of can be done! Especially when it comes to our own destruction!
