Sounds ridiculus yet seem to make some sense. Well, if it is a toploading machine Perhaps it could be. Your next question should concern on how you will put and arrange your specimen on test tubes to be at fixed position to achieve the purpose of centrifugation. They are supposed to remain erected to allow precipitate to gather on the bottom of the tube.Well goodluck!

It depends how fast the spin cycle is. It is a centrifuge, but for your experiments, I doubt it could spin fast enough, certainly not to separate anything. If it could, we would all be using it to separate our colours from our whites *groan*

for seperating the water from the veg oil before producing biodiesel? What a great idea....why didnt I think of that? Ive been using a centrifuge from an old glue factory. Silly me.

ought to be, are not getting to agitated, they spin out greater at diverse circumstances of their cycle, something to do with the moon. hold your test tubes and turn around really fast. they might break in the machine though.
