No. Pre-taxed medical insurance premiums reduce your taxable income up front. You already got the decuction on the front end.

Pretax premiums have already been deducted. They were never included in the income reported on your W-2. You cannot deduct them again when you fill your tax return.

No, you've already basically gotten the deduction by paying them from pretax dollars.

If your employer lets you deduct your insurance premiums pre-tax, you cannot deduct them from your taxes.
I deduct my insurance pre-tax and I've never been able to use it as a deduction on my taxes.

no, and unless your medical expense exceeds 7.5% of your gross, you can't use them either. we are screwed six ways from Sunday. now if your Richer than three foot up a bull's butt, you can get all kinds of deductions, like driving a Hummer with your company logo an inch tall on the window...100% deductable

Yes they can but it has to be more than, I think, 2% of your income.
I do my taxes myself using HR Block software. It does all the calculations for you, and will tell you if you are eligible for certain deductions.
