Question...and just how is it that the "BF" had access to YOUR account in the first place?
Seems rather irresponsible eh?!
But anyway, first CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT!!!
Second, take possession of something he values, and insist on hearing his reason for taking YOUR money, and then, his plan for returning it to you.
You could also tell him that what he did is illegal, and if he's become untrustworthy, you may have to get the police involved to protect your interests.
Then see what he says BUT, make sure you already KNOW what it is you want him to do to make it all right. If his comments don't measure up, DO follow up with reporting him.
If he lies to you and cheats you now, and then doesn't regret it or want to make it right, things sure aren't likely to get better sweetheart.

I would have killed him....he had no right to take that money out with out your permission. Since he was so sneeky... I wouldn't trust in him paying you back. You have probably just been screwed. Contact a lawyer and see if there is anything you can do to get that money back. I suggest taking him to Civil Court. But, keep in mind you have to be able to prove that he took this money and you have to prove that he promised to pay you back. Because, if you don't then your case probably won't hold up in court. I wish you the best of luck. By the way....ditch the boyfriend.

Report him to the police, it is theft you know!
I wouldn't care how handsome, lovely etc;...yawn...he is.
I wouldn't hesitate cos you can't just take money from someone elses account without express permission and not expect to be reprimanded for it!
What a dullard, ditch him and get the fuzz out!

I wouldn't stress it, because if I had more than 10k in my account I would obviously be rich and money wouldn't be an issue for me.

First of all, get separate bank accounts immediately. Then take his car, home/work electronics and power tools as collateral. If he still doesn't pay, sell them all and kick the bum out.

Go to the police. If you don't, you'll have a lot more gone soon.
