Something like a Charlie Horse?
That would imply you don't have enough Potassium in your diet. Eat ing more bananas might help.

It can be caused by lying the wrong way in bed, suddenly stretching, etc. I think somehow the muscle gets cramped, which causes the pain. The best way to stop it when it starts is to press you foot against something hard like the wall or something similar. If you do this quickly enough, you can sometimes ease the pain before it worsens.

Me too, get up and walk around. Cramps are caused by a lack of blood flow to a muscle, it should fade in a short time. Eat more bananas, you need potassium. I just ate a couple.

You may be lacking potassium, eat a banana. If you want to eliminate leg cramping eat one prune a day, I promise it worked for me.

We all need someone
To talk to in our life,
A friend to whom we run
In times of stress or strife
A friend who's always there
Throughout the years,
A friend we know will care
And take away our fears.
A friend who's always near,
Waiting for our call,
To wipe away our tears,
And lift us when we fall.
A loving friend indeed,
On whom we can depend
To fulfill our every need -
Thank you, precious friend
