live2ride is right. But you don't want to just go for it and ask her, it might scare her away and then you're screwed and might lose a good chance of either getting laid, OR getting a sexy girlfriend.

Possibly, you might ask her why she is texting you if she's in a relationship and that also tell her you don't want to enter into a relationship with a cheater.

she is in a relationship she doesnt want to be in. she is looking for sometthing new but is scared of talking to you because she doesnt want to cheat. talk to her, thats the only solution.
