See a Doctor. Men can and do get breast cancer. Be safe.

Have him see a doctor asap...could be a hormonal imbalance if it's both sides, if it's one side it could be a cyst or possibly male breast cancer. (yes it's possible for males to get breast cancer).

guy can have breast cancer as well so you need to tell him to get it check out
it could be something simple but you want to be safe
