atually i think wine consumption helps our body in many ways, and i am planning to start liquor, so kindly help me know what kind and quantity should i take, i am male in late twenties.

A little wine or beer with a meal helps digest it, especially if you eat a lot of meat. Breaks down fats more effectively, so you utilize them instead of storing them in the walls of your arteries. However, that's like one or two glasses, not a whole lot.

Red wine is about the best, and good quality (read: microbrew) beer is good for you as long as you keep it to one or two servings. Drinking too much presents all sorts of health risks. (I've experienced most of them and can no longer drink as a result... oh, I could, I suppose, but I would probably die before my time.)
