Sit ups, touch your toes, bicycle your legs upside down; all those things they taught you on the mat in gym class. A carpeted floor is probably matting enough, but an old quilt or something if the carpet is uncomfortable. Do them naked if you can, so you save on sweaty clothes and can just jump in the shower after.

i have an exercise trampoline otherwise known as a rebounder.
its great fun. I do about half an hour jumping and jogging on it every day whilst watching the telly or listening to music. im not usually one for exercise but i cant wait to get on the trampoline every day. Takes me back to when I was a kid!!!!!

Try pilates or joga. It really works and makes your muscles long and thin. You will be healthy, toned and have much better balance.
