Does anyone know of a good cream to help reduce the redness of rosacea? I've tried a few that help, but they make me break out.

Some reading I have been doing about yeast (candida) infestations indicates that rosacea, like spider veins, can be one result of candida. For some basic information, check out www.hufa.org.

I am on a candida cleanse diet, and have noticed the disappearance of some tiny veins on my face (I was never diagnosed with rosacea though), in addition to other skin condition improvements.

honestly, you should see a dermatologist for recommendations.. over the counter products don't hold up to what their ads say they can do.
