Have a nice healthy sandwich with mayo, tomatoe, lettuce, meat, and cheddar/havarti cheese, with a drink of water or juice of some sort, apple/orange juice.

or

A salade could be good, it has everything healthy you need, but no dressing, some dressings could be very fattening.

you could make a sandwich:
2 slices of bread (buy bread with high fiber, at least 1 g of dietary fiber per 10 g of carbs; I recommend baker's 5g net carbs)
fat free ricotta cheese (having the lowest carbs).
lean turkey or baked ham.
some lettuce or spring mix if you wish.
put the cheese in both slices, and then in between put the fried egg, and the turkey or ham, and optionally the greens.
there you go, enjoy...

you could also do tortilla wraps, but it is harder to find the low carb tortilla I guess. Buy the 4g net carb tortilla from trader joe's or the La Tortilla Factory 5g net carb tortilla (they are also high in protein) from somewhere (near greenbelt, MD, food coop has it). Then put fat free cream cheese (kraft is best), add some parsley flakes and oregano, put the turkey or baked ham and wrap it. Instead of the turkey or baked ham, you could also put 1 ball park fat free (beef) frank, or 1 Yves fat free dog (they are pure protein, can be found in MOM & Whole foods).

if you don't like to even do that, buy the lean pockets whole grain (16 g carbs only), or go farther and buy the better lean pockets ultra - mozarella & cheese (12 g net carbs only).

instead of a drink, you could eat an apple or orange (or any fresh berry (blueberry, blackberry, strawberry), watermelon, pear, cantaloupe, plum, etc. but no or few grapes and banana) or a mix of them.

Drink water.

If you must drink something else, I suggest tropicana orange juice with fiber (the purple one) or prune juice.

all these are good for losing weight and/or gaining muscle. I've lost more than 35lbs over time and people are telling me I am looking great.

A cornflake and sip of water. Why do people come on here and ask what they should have to eat,I can't see inside your cupboards and fridges. I have no idea what you like and dislike. Think for yourself
