Focus and lots of practice. You need to stay aware and recognize when you are actually tuned in enough to receive.
Everyone does it but most are just talked into seeing it as coincidence so it is ignored. Stay out of that trap. Have faith in your ability to do this and have faith in your self to understand what is actually happening. Don't let the world convince you that you are just imagining things.
This idea strips you of the power that God gave you.
