Drawing salve..........its a black ointment that smells a little like gasoline but if you use it it will bring the boil to a head so to speak an d then you can use a very cleand needle to pop it and let the fluid drain. The stuff really works and has been around for many years, I learned about it from my mother, My brother used to get them all the time.

Stay away from eating greasy foods and drink lots of water. Also, keep you body free from bacteria. Keep your hands also clean and free from bacteria.
Treatment, let it get real soft and then pop the boil at the very top and squeeze all the blood and infection stuff out. Then clean it up with peroxide and use a clean gaze and tap. Clean every 4 hours min. and squeeze again to make sure all the infection is clear and gone. Use peroxide lightly on the gaze thereafter to keep it clean until completely healed.

if there's a good central core or head the boil can be opened and drained.
if it's just a little red and swollen it probably isn't ready yet.

some people Will probably tell you to soak it trust me that's a long process you should consult your physician and see if you have to get it lanced: Cut and drained
