Reality. As an adult with responsibilities you can't give up on finding a job. My philosiphy has always been to do what you have to do until you can do what you want to do. I've had some super crappy jobs! Have you ever considered the military or firefighter or EMT? There are excellent jobs to be had. Most cities have a job search center and of course there's the internet. As for a wife that will happen eventually but first you should be able to take care of and provide for yourself. Keep a positive outlook and be determined about your goals and work for them!!!!!

Two reasons to keep trying. A wife. A job.
Baby steps.
The job first, are your expectations too high?
It is easier to find another job if you're already working.
Take anything and improve from there.
A job will build your self esteem, you will meet new people and mix in different social situations.
Also, you may find not everyone needs to be married, you can still have a fulfilling life without a partner.

I think you should give up looking SO HARD. Pick one goal at a time to achieve. Keep looking for a job, that is much more important to you at this stage then finding a wife. Once you have a job your confidence will be up and then the rest will just follow.

The biggest reason to keep trying to achieve your dreams is YOU!

depends on how long youve searched for a wife. In so far as a job you almost never are to old to work, and eventually will find work if you try.
A wife is another thing altogether, people will tell you'theirs someone for everyone' and other corny lines, and you know if youve looked as long as I have their are millions of others that have looked, and never found-and noone really seems to give a rats.

First find a job and after you've been there awhile look for a girl friend. Leave the wife part out for awhile. Job a must

Giving up is never an option!!! Perhaps focusing less is the answer. Get your mind off the two and keep your mind active and engaged perhaps in sports, music, travel, socialising, or whatever hobbies make you happy and everything will fall into place when least expected....

Never give up on you. If you give up on trying to improve your life, you've given up almost EVERYTHING!! The main reasons for you to keep trying, in my humble opinion is 1) Your brightest days are always after your darkest nights and 2) If you expect that something good will happen in your life, it usually will. So, please, for your own life's sake, expect good things to happen in your life and no more dwelling on negative thoughts like giving up. From now on, think positive! All the Best to YOU! Bye for Now!

Sure there are.
But the desire for both will return to you soon enough. You're just depressed at the moment.
Hang in there. Happiness happens to everyone sometime.
