you will only look more desperate with every effort to establish contact. and i think it increasingly irritates the other party. And that's the last thing you need right now.
You want to let him not have such negative impressions of you so you need to stop trying to contact him altho you feel like you can't take it.
Type and email but don't send it out. Tear it up after pouring your heart out.
Don't do anything foolish and that thought in your head that hopes he will be moved or more understanding when he reads where you're coming from? Banish it. It's a deception and you will only open yourself to more hurt when he doesn;t reply.

yes write a email to say how you feel, it will eat you up if you dont best thing to do is write it and save it till the next day so you can reread what you have written when your thoughts are a bit clearer and if it does not need any adjusting send it....try not to sound needey tho, this tends to put guys off

I will go back to my room, calm down(make sure there is complete silence) and start to think to myself why all these have been happening. I will write it in my journal or tell my friends my troubles. It'll make you feel better. If all these won't help, maybe you can ask that person why. You can also try telling him how you feel and hope he understands.

maybe u should check my question, so you'll know exactly what i'm referring to. but in my situation i wrote him the longest email and around 7 poems venting....it meant nothing to him.... he really didn't care. i think u should do what i should have done and start moving on now, refuse to be pulled back in by hopes, wishes and delusions. now i'm in a worse position than when it started.

It sounds heartless but get over it. My first love and I didn't work out and I spent two years taggin after him, hoping one day he would change his mind. Any woman should have enough respect for herself to not keep chasing after a guy who doesn't appreciate her enough to WANT her. Find a guy who you really deserve

Move on. He has.
That is why he hasn't returned any form of contact.
He wants to break it off completely.

I have faces these situation many times..
Just treat him invisible...no point we begging them to talk to us back.
if they really appreciate us,they would not have treat us such a way.
