im a waitress in a very large cajun rest. and have alot of guys give me great eye contact, but get very nervous and dont know what to say to them when i wait on them, i know that im good looking but still get nervous at time. any suggestions. cause i have really wanted to talk to some, but get all nervous..

you know, alot of guys, may think you are beautiful. and it is okey to be nervous. I think that this is your first job as a waitress. the key is experieince.. I am a bartender, and when i first started out.. i was nervous to speak with beautiful women, i even spilled drinks and dropped bottles. this is what i did, if you can work up the courage, tell the men you are talking too that you are extremely nervous, and for them to 'forgive you', you will find that the response they give you will make you feel a whole lot better. when a good looking female came to my bar, i would tell her that 'beautiful women make me nervous'. things like this will make your customer feel good, and they will feel welcome. and embrace you with kindness for being honest. This will also increase your tips. but the main thing is, keep at what you are doing. things can only gte better with time.

It's quite normal to be uncomfortable when you are new in your job. It's also quite normal for guys to eye attractive looking waitresses as well. Bear in mind that most of these guys are eyeing you because of your looks and not because of who you are. They could be looking for "conquests", and later on be able to boast to their friends. So take it easy and don't get carried away by their interest. Just be friendly and do your job. And if you are nervous with them, tell those you like that you are new. Ask them to help you by excusing you if you make any mistakes!

take a deep breath then approach them n start asking how r they?did they like their food,smiling is good.then just be4 they leave if ur interested in 1 in perticular u make eye contact with him n start a conversation n take it from there.best of luck
