I've meet this guy at work that i have a slight crush on. But i didnt do anything about it or show any signs. We haven't communicate much since, just the usual hi-bye and some casual conversation. Recently i noticed he seems to be showing signs that i think he might be interested in me as well.
I didn't want to be over sensitive about it but this is driving me crazy! What should i do? Am i being over sensitive? Should i make the 1st move? Please please advice...

This isn't about understanding men, this is about you making the first move or not.
Is there a good reason you do not want to make the first move? Consider that for a while, list out all the reasons you don't want to do so. Then weigh that against the possibility that he might meet someone else in the mean time. Would that be acceptable to you?

If you wish for him to ask you out, then show him some interest. Be extremely sincere, honest and friendly with him. This guy is obviously waiting for some behaviour/signs from you, to show that his interest is being reciprocated.
Most gentlemen will not force their attention on women.

Maybe he's afraid of getting in trouble because it's a work place thing. Sexual harassment and all. I know I would NEVER hit on a girl at work. I'm afraid I can't comfortably give any advise on this situation just maybe a little insight to what he might be thinking.

maybe you could casually ask him to go with you for lunch,show him a sign that you like him but let him make the first move!!!guys like to be the ones to chase if you run after him they lose interest!!!

depends on the guy. if hes shy he may never make the first move. go ahead and do it! men like it when a woman makes the first move. give him an opportunity to be near you or alone with you or to physically touch you, i guarantee if hes interested he will quickly take advantage of the opportunity

you will know if a man is showing your signs. Don't kid yourself into anything thing different. Its the females that are hard to read. Not us males. Ask him out. If you get a knock back, you will know the answer. Don't be shy because life is tooooo short.

Start by being his friend first. Leave the "love" things behind first. The first step in being his friend will lead to much more in the future.
