If I recall we fast on days of great tragedy in history's past. So why don't we fast on 9-11? I did, it just seemed right.

Because, dammit, I get hungry. And if we fasted on days of great tragedy in history's past, we'd frickin' starve to death, would we not? There are tragedies spread throughout the calendar. This is just a really really dumb question.

the is ;no time limit in fasting and there is no sucvh time when you will be fasting or not. it depends on you way of thinking how long you you get on fasting or what time you get on fasting of you like 9 to 11 nobody will question, ok?

Why would we? What does fasting do for society?

Do something to help others like so many who died did... Donate blood, your time or money...

I'm sure the victims would not want people to starve themselves over them but rather, have good lives and stop this stupid war.

I imagine you are referring to "We" as the United States?
That is where the attack was...

"We" live in a capitalistic society and bascially it wouldn't be good for business.
