How will God glorify his name?
How did God glorify his name before?

It is very sad that the most important purpose in the Lord's prayer, ...the number 1 ...thing to pray for, listed first by Jesus, no one really understands the importance of God sanctifying his name.

Is the fault with religious leaders?

God's name is Jehovah/YHWH.

And we have a choice to either bring glory to his name or not. Rev.14:7.

The first time Jehovah glorified his name was when he battled Pharoah and the Egyptians with the 10 plagues and then delivered his people through the red sea, and destroyed Pharoah and his army.

Since Egypt was the World ruler of the day, this received great renoun.

Many have really forgotten the impact of God and his name at that day, so he has planned to make a name for himself now, in the Lord's day, and then his spirit wll come and fill his temple on earth. Ezekiel 48:35.

Any takers on what event will very soon, in less that 40 days, he will do this?

Ezekiel 36:22b Not for your sakes am I doing it, O house of Israel, but for my holy name,..

Jehovah's Witnesses both witness personally and bear witness to others regarding God's personal name, his majestic personality, and Kingdom purposes. In doing so, they align themselves with Jesus Christ and the prophets.

(Isaiah 43:10) “You are my witnesses,” is the utterance of Jehovah

(Isaiah 43:12) So you are my witnesses,” is the utterance of Jehovah, “and I am God.

It's not exactly wrong to call the Almighty by the impersonal "God", just as it's not wrong to call one's offspring "Child". If we want a familiar and close relationship, however, it makes sense to use the personal name of someone we love. The Scriptures encourage us to use God's personal name.

The Hebrew name “Yahweh” (or “Yehowah”) does seem to accurately pronounce the divine name. Just as the Hebrew name “Yeshua” (or “Yehoshua”) is translated into “Jesus” in English, the Hebrew name “Yahweh” is translated into “Jehovah” in English.

The important thing is to use God’s personal name in whatever language you speak, rather than insisting upon the impersonal! The name “Yahweh” is certainly preferable to the non-name “God” or “Lord”, especially if you speak Hebrew. If you speak English, feel free to use the name "Jehovah".

(Psalms 83:18) That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are the Most High over all the earth

(John 17:26) [Jesus said] I have made your name known to them and will make it known, in order that the love with which you loved me may be in them

I know 'Grandreal' didn't mean to agree with you, but his statement is correct.

Jesus' name means "Jehovah is Salvation"

Jehovah has glorified His Name, in everything He has done, and will do.

Jesus said the night before he died, I have made your name know to those whom he taught.
John 17:6

Imagine, if you wrote an autobiography, and when you got the printed copy back from the publishers and your 'name' was removed from the book and the word 'person' was subsituted in it's place.

How would you feel about those publishers?

The Name of Jehovah appears in the bible more times than the words God, Lord, & Jesus combined.

God has had low self-esteem since creating the platypus, and needs constant glorifying and ego-stroking.
