You wish. . . how old are you? You know, your parents have been through so much more than you and they know the pitfalls ahead of you. They are trying to make sure that nothing bad happens to you, so restricting you on your computer and wanting you to do homework. Wanting you to call and check in so they will know you are OK, are just the rules when you live at home. When you get out on your own, have a good job, and can support yourself, then things are different. My dog got away last night, and I was running in the dark. I could see her just a few houses ahead of me, but she would dart in the bushes, the cars were coming, but all she wanted to do is have a good time, and explore. I loved her so much, that I was so afraid for her, but she just let me get close, and then ran. I was chasing her saying to myself, oh, please stop and I will know you are ok, but she just kept on running, and I finally got her. I wanted to do something mean, but I knew that she was only a dog. That I had done so many good things for her, and now all she was doing was what I did not want her to do, and it was dangerous. Do you get the picture, it is the same with your parents, and you are the dog, running and exploring, having a good time, but the parents are trying to keep you safe. Please understand this. Good luck, they love you more than you know.

no... why? because children at not mature enough to know what is best for them. in the sense that if you gave the child money you have only this to live on for a month... as soon as they entered the store they would forget their purpose and buy toys not food....
