No, the Dead Sea is a small sea between Israel and Jordan, it's very salty -- so you can almost float on it.
The Black Sea is much bigger and borders southeastern europe by Russia and Ukraine.

The Dead Sea is an inland sea that is bordered by Israel & Jordan that is so salty that no living things can live in it & one can float on it.
The Black Sea is surrounded by Turkey, Georgia, Ukraine, Greece, Macedonia, Rumania & Bulgaria & is linked to the Mediterranean via the Bhosporus Straits. It's also devoid of fish due to lack of oxygen in the waters.

but dead sea ia a kind of sea in which there is lack of oxygen becoz of some particular type of plants
this is called dead sea becoz no animal or fish can live in it becoz of lack of oxygen
