Eat a gallon of icecream, 1 box of BonBons, 2 cheesecakes and 2 entire chocolate bars. Drink it down with a 12 pack.
That is what you do the first 48 hours.
The next 48 hours you spend finding someone else to fill the void.
Get back on that horse honey, because if you don't get back on, you will take forever.

to me that is one of the hardest thing that i have had to deal with and everyone has there on way and everyone will say something diff.. but it is something that will take time. i have found that it is best not to go around that person or hear them talk or anything. try to be around someone that can always make you feel good like your friends . it is always good to cry let it out cuz it will not help you if you keep it all inside you. and in time it will get better and next time you will hold back some and you will no what is going to happen before it does. and you will be able to stop it in some way . i hope this will help some .

You should really check out Michael Fiore's video on how to get your ex back in a matter of days through text messages. It's crazy but it works, I never believed I could get back with my ex wife in this life time but it did happened. I cheated on her a lot of times and still we are back together (won't do it again), unbelievable what some psychology can do.
Anyway, watch the video here: http://www.textyourexback.link - it will blow your mind. Good luck!

I dont think that there is a set way to deal with a broken heart, and I think that everyone handles these sort of situations differently.
I think that the most important thing to remember is just to give it time. It will hurt and some times more than others, but if you realise that this is normal and just give yourself time to get over the broken heart - it will heal

i used to do all those other things, drinking, partying, putting extra effort into work/sport/hobbies, but in all honesty i only ever kept thinking about her.
then i realised that the best thing for me was to get out of my comfort zone and force myself to think about something else.
so i went travelling, to places like Sth & Nth America, Asia, Europe, and Africa, and not only did i get over my broken hearts but i got to see some very exciting places, met some wonderful people, ate some delicious (and often very strange) food, and learned a lot more about this fantastic world of ours.
i'm not saying that travelling is THE fix for your broken heart, but what i do suggest is that you try something new to get your mind totally off the other person and back on track with your own life.
all the best

well sometimes it is hard. with misunderstanding you can probably fix it, lack of communication is hard to deal with, because if somethin does happen it may be hard to still be friends after a relationship. Getting dumped for any reason will also be hard, but life is life, you will have to continue with life to keep from getting down to much.

BEING IN LOVE IS TAKING RISKs, IF I AM NOT WILLING TO TAKE RISKS THEN I AM NOT IN LOVE.......made it up myself.
If it takes all night.. ill wait here til the daylight, so thati can see that I just don't belong, its alright i am wrong.
Its Hard To Wait For Something I Don't Know Will Exist When The Time Arrives.
I would bring the brokenheart one to the church and pray together.

if you're under 18 don't worry about it to much... it will go away when you realize how much you need to focus on your new adult life... other than that, there's actually little you can do... broken hearts never mend... they get left behind and forgotten but they never mend unless you can reconcile in a mutually aimiable manor, sorry Pammi
