Probably the same as theists feel. Some of us support it, some of us don't. Personally, I feel better about my taxes going to support a "holy war" than I do about thinly veiled religious hate groups like The Boy Scouts being allowed to use public facilities at no cost, and having government sponsorship.

People should argue about how much money should go to social services and how much to armies and police forces.

When too many funds go to the army, it has too much power in the country where they are in control. But I don't believe that the world is ready to live without strong armies and police forces because they keep society and the world from becoming a jungle of conflicts.

Maybe if we had that tax money back we could use it to provide permanent health care to all of the people whose physical and mental health was forever changed by the awful catastrophe that everyone claims we're fighting over to begin with.

I would hate it even if I was religious. I'm tired of terror. Terror stopped "terrifying" me when I realized that it was being used to turn me into a ballot-casting patsy.

I would be more concerned if our country was starting it. But as far as I can see we're just trying to protect ourselves and not let them take us over.

I'm not sure about all the secret selling of weapons and stuff.. but they probably know what they're doing. Politics, economy and all that. I don't know enough about it but i'm not worried about the money going towards that.

I'm worried about money going towards people who get theirself into bother like expensive suicide watch in prisons, paying for the damage obese and alcoholic etc people have done to their bodies and so on. Expensive adverts on tv telling people to look both ways before they cross the road..

I hate it...I mean okay with the whole Iraq thing (i am English) they could at least have done a referendum to see the British feelings about it.
I mean those billions could have helped the NHS, our health care is in debt, that would have stopped it.
Or to build more shelters, fund charities...
Yet we decide to go to war...
Oh how i love good old tony and bush!!!

I would feel a lot better if we had focused my portion of the money on terrorists instead of Islam.
