Protein is found in meat, fish, eggs, pulses like lentils.
If your skinny then you main priority is to build muscle so join a gym for a trial period and ask the staff as many questions as you can about diet, then leave the gym.
Make sure you stretch alot too, most wrestlers used to be gymnasts of some sort, so joining a gymnastics club wouldnt be a bad idea.
Good luck dude!

it depends whether you're veg or non veg.how much do you weigh right now .and what is your target weight (lean mass)since i have been into bodybuilding since last 10 years.
i can tell you that yoiu need to eat lot of supplements like protein powder ,amino acids and weight gainers .
if you are working out in the gym to gain muscles then these foods work bring best results .
eating alone will give you lot of fat around your waistline which will make you like a sumo and not a western wrestlers like stone cold .
anabolic steroids can help you boost your muscles artificially without having to work out or eat good meals but better consult an specialist before doing that .
Arnold recommends that steroid is good only when you have platformed through weight training and food .it is a term used speciall to denote a stage when no further growth is possible .
60% muscle growth is possible by means of weight training and good food .
besides training in the gym and taking supplements you should give most priority to natural food like whole grain cereal meals for complex carb, fruits ,honey etc for simple carb, butter and others fat source for fat ,egg white ,dairy products ,lean beef, fish and other sea food ,boilded chicken breast, tuna salad, cottage cheese ,skimmed milk powder ,cashew nuts and almonds contain heavy doses of overall nutrients but water should be take in excessive amounts .
Weider's megamass 4000 is a proven weight gainer but only if you work out .since it contains creatine monohydrate which is only meant for athletes and body builders .
train well, eat well ,sleep well .

Start with testosterone. Then stack it with some deca or d-bol. Toward the end of these, add some winstrol. Also read "Game of Shadows." I hear it has some excellent tips on what to do to get unnaturally big as quick as possible.
