Um depends on what you want. Don't have to work too much for sex I guess. If you're completely straight you might just enjoy the presence of having a woman around constantly. Like the little things you know; smell, walk, the fact that you can say she's yours. If you don't really see why you should get one, then don't.

you don't have to jack off as much as you have the real thing available. and if you find a really cool girl it is a lot of fun to have someone to hang out with and have sex with.
it's like having a really cool best friend but you can have sex with them also.
if you hook up with a total ***** then the sex isn't worth it at all. she will make your life miserable and you won't want to bang her anyway. jacking off would be better.
so find a cool girlfriend and you have the best of both worlds most of the time.

Sometimes hookers are cheaper in the long run, although the girlfriend has the advantage of spontaneity and genuine affection(sometimes!) and the possibility of making it permanent,i.e. marriage. What is important to you?
