is there any organisations which i can call and they can come and collect the donations from my house.

When I lived in Leyton E10, the Oxfam shop in Leyton E15 was willing to do this. I got rid of a whole trunk & contents to them.

Phone up the charities and ask them to collect

Sadly to say only a lot of them don't your best bet would be to get in touch with one that helps the homeless and very worthwhile they are not a choosy as some of the others

Perhaps contact the salvation army or one of those in your area.. Even go into the shop and ask there

Im in the USA but one thought would be to donate them to a shelter or orphanage.
